IrfanView is a free and powerful image viewer and converter for Microsoft Windows. This freeware supports most of the existing file formats (notably GIF, JPEG, EPS, BMP, ICO, TIF, AVI, WAVE…) and tries to be easy to use for beginners. IrfanViews offers multi-language support, Thumbnail option, slideshow, toolbar skins, fast directory browsing, batch conversion/editing, multipage editing, file search, change color depth, scanning, cut/crop, IPTC edit, capturing, lossless JPG operations, effects (Adobe Photoshop filters), EXE/SCR creating, many hotkeys, command line options and plugins.
It is one of the powerful software which supports around every image format and you dont need to roam here and there for finding new image viewer for every file format.So even if you have IrfanView 4 you should upgrade your version to get the latest features which are awesome.
